Shipping

It usually takes 1 to 3 working days to dispatch your order. Please note that your order will be shipped from our distribution center in Hong Kong.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your order you may receive a tracking number.

Customs Fees

Extra duties and taxes may apply to certain countries in regions such as Asia, South America, Africa and Europe. Customers are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. 

Please note that if the package is refused because of duties, the items may be returned to us, and we will refund the value of the order after deducting the shipping cost. If the package is refused and destroyed by the courier, we will not refund the value of the order as the product was not returned.

Lost Packages

Lost packages, specifically theft, has been on the rise unfortunately. If you think your package is missing or stolen, please contact our support team. If possible, please send us a filed report with the courier or any security video footage. After an investigation or a filed claim, we may be able to send a replacement package in good faith.
